W29N02KVxxAE is a W29N02KV (2G-bit) NAND Flash memory that provides a storage solution for autonomous systems that combines both the hardware and software of the computer with optimized space, batteries and power. The device operates on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply, providing operating current consumption as low as 25mA at 3V and 10uA for CMOS backup current for energy savings.
The W29N02KVxxAE supports a standard NAND flash memory interface that uses a multiplexed 8-bit bus to transfer data, addresses, and commands. Five control signals #CLE, #ALE, #CE, #RE and #WE handle the bus interface.
In addition, the product also has two other signal pins, #WP (Write Protect) and RY/#BY (Ready/Busy) to monitor device status to ensure safety and detect abnormalities when necessary. Possesses durability of up to 60,000 program deletion/creation times and data storage duration of up to 10 years.
W29N02KVxxAE is ideal for applications that store multimedia data such as voice, video, text and images.
